Riddell’s Bay Brochure

In 2016, the famous Riddell’s Bay Golf Course in Bermuda closed after over a century in business, but this was not the end for the historic area. A few years later, some Bermudan citizens purchased the land with a bold plan to return it to the people: transform the former-golf course into a small residential community bordered by a massive conservation zone - the largest green space on the island - completely open to the public. To make the project a success, however, they needed to win the support Bermudan residents, foreign investors, and government officials. That’s where I came in, helping craft a brochure that put the new development’s best foot forward.
